Firefighter Engagement Photos, A Love Story…with Haley and Ryan
Haley and Ryan decided to bring along their firefighting gear to their engagement session for firefighter engagement photos. To say I was excited would be an underestimate. They decided on the Dingle Tower and Sir Sandford Fleming Park. There love is definitely a burning kind of love;) I am so excited for their wedding in 2022 I’ve already bought the smoke overlays for editing.
The Love Story
Haley and Ryan met through a mutual friend at a movie. Shortly after that movie, Ryan
added Haley to his social media and began liking all her life updates as she posted them. A few months later they reconnected for dinner with the same friend. Haley had ordered a
side of french fries as she had already eaten, and Ryan paid for them. He likes to tell
people he won Haley over with 4 dollar french fries.
How was the Question Popped?
Ryan took Haley to the waterfront, away from everyone and popped the question. She has
always hated large crowds and as such wouldn’t of liked a public space for a proposal.
Haley had been hinting for months but Ryan never let on when he was going to do it, so it
was a surprise.
The Engagement Photos
They both chose Dingle Tower for their love of history, as well as the outdoors. Haley and
Ryan have spent many days at the lake, or the ocean and love being by the water and in
nature. Haley also gets overly excited about anything historical and will drag Ryan along
on all her adventures.
Advice for Newly Engaged Couples
Don’t be afraid to pivot, Haley and Ryan planned to be married in 2020, and Covid-19
derailed that. However they are much happier with waiting and have made the times work
for them. You are already in love, waiting just a little longer isnt going to change that.
