Wedding Ceremonies

A beautiful lake and gardens surround a picturesque space for outdoor weddings decorated with a white trellis and quaint white wooden benches. To make the ceremony extra special, couples can choose between a black or white horse drawn carriage to give the bride and her bridesmaids a fairytale-like ride to the wedding ceremony aisle.

The Wedding Reception

The wedding reception takes place inside the rustic exposed beam Logger’s Lodge. The head table is placed in front of the beautiful stone fireplace and the ceiling is adorned with twinkle lights. The farm also features a great fire pit where the bride, groom, and all their guests can look back fondly on memories from the past and make new ones in the Rubber Rodeo inflatable games room before heading in for the night.

Starting Price

The total price for your wedding function at Hatfield Farm is dependent on the amount of guests and any additional services you desire. It is not on a per person basis.

Guest Capacity

Hatfield farm has the capacity to host up to 225 people for your wedding event and the commencement time is 5pm. A horse drawn wagon is available for your guests commute to the main wedding venue area.

What’s Included With Your Rental

Wedding Ceremony Set Up

Hatfield supplies a picturesque rustic white pergola and wooden benches for the outdoor ceremony by the lake. Should it happen to rain on your wedding day, the ceremony can take place before a beautiful stone fireplace in the main lodge. A microphone and speaker are available in either case to ensure good acoustics. The wedding couple must bring any extra decorations they desire to have at the event to the location 24 hours before the wedding and the reception begin.

Wedding Reception Set Up

Plates, cutlery, glassware, and napkins are provided. with tables decorated with linen clothes and candles. Also available are mason or milk jars for artificial flower holder centerpieces.

Event Coordinator

Hatfield Farm is truly an all inclusive wedding venue. They handle the wedding day timeline and keep the wedding day on schedule. Also provided by the wedding venue is the JOP, Catering and DJ. The staff of Hatfield farm handle the set up and tear down for your wedding day.

Permits and Restrictions

Wedding Permits and Other Vendors

Other than their marriage license, no other documents are necessary for couples to bring. Hatfield Farm provides the JOP, all catering and the DJ. Couples are free to hire their own photographer.

Alcohol Restrictions

Hatfield farm is not a licensed venue. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Glass bottles are not permitted on the property. All alcohol must be in cans, plastic, or cardboard containers. The venue provides guests with unlimited water, juice, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Wedding Decor Restrictions

Decor set up is 100% the responsibility of the wedding couple.
