An Intimate, Cozy Wedding at The Krypt, Forrester Center with Morgan and Nevin

The Krypt Forrester Center in Cape Breton. Morgan and Nevin truly found a wedding venue that was as unique and unforgettable as their love story. It was such a gorgeous, bright, sunny, warm day for Morgan and Nevin’s big day! Their wedding took place on August 20th of 2022.

The Wedding Prep Photos

Morgan and Nevin chose to get ready at an Air BnB on the ocean. Their wedding day began with a breathtaking view.

The morning began with Morgan, her mother and her sister all getting ready in the master bedroom together. Morgan and her sister alternated helping each other with their makeup and hair. It was a very sweet and calming atmosphere. Walking into that room for the first time and seeing a black wedding dress made me absolutely giddy. This was on my bucket list!

Her veil was black, cathedral length, and stunning lace. It was going to play amazingly well with the light breeze off the ocean that day. The colors in her bouquet were rich reds and dusty pinks. Very complimentary to her wedding gown.

Nevin got ready in the living room area with his best man. With ocean views surrounding them through the large windows. Beautiful natural light. It was a quiet and comfortable atmosphere all the way around. Nevin and his best man finished the morning with a few drinks. Such a relaxing environment.

The First Look Wedding Photos

On their wedding day, Morgan and Nevin opted for a non-traditional first look that took place right by the ocean. As they stood facing each other, it was clear that this would be a day to remember. With their loved ones looking on, the couple shared a beautiful moment that left them all with smiles on their faces.

Morgan and Nevin were both stunning. The beauty of the moment was enhanced by their surroundings. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a few wedding photos after their first look. It was as if the world had come to a halt for a moment to appreciate their love.

The Wedding Ceremony Photos

They chose the Krypt at the Forrester Center for their small and intimate wedding ceremony. It was a wedding venue that suited their personalities and wedding style perfectly. Their closest family and friends attended their wedding.

Now husband and wife, Morgan and Nevin headed upstairs for a very private first dance together.
Their guests stayed behind to mingle.

The interior of the Forrester Center was a photographer’s dream honestly. The elegant chandeliers and beautifully lit stage with steps along with the urban brick feel made for unique backdrops. The LOVE letters were amazing!
