This is a great location if you want a hotel that borders on the water. The outdoor ceremony location has a rustic white wedding arch to stand under and is right next to Chocolate Lake. This hotel also has a back up rain ceremony location, inside. The grounds are also nice for wedding photos, many rustic and urban type options. You literally don’t have to leave this hotel if you don’t want to.

The Comfort Hotel is another wonderful location for a wedding. There is lots of parking at this venue. There is a walking trail about 2 minutes down the road which would make for nice wedding photos. Or take a quick drive to Sir Sandford Fleming Park/Dingle Tower. Just beyond that park is York Redoubt, all great areas for wedding photos. The Comfort Inn has separate rooms for the wedding ceremony and reception so there is no having to wait for table and chair setups.
